📣 Nosabo Ramen — Where Are We Today?

Hola familia,

November has been a month of real momentum for Nosabo Ramen, and I want to share exactly where we stand as we move into the final stretch of the year.

📍 Where We Are Today

Nosabo Ramen is in Phase 1: Seed Round Funding.
We’re raising the capital needed to activate manufacturing, complete certifications, and fulfill our LOI with Grocers Supply. The demand is real, and now we’re putting the pieces in place to scale with confidence.

Once Phase 1 is complete, we move into:

  • Phase 2: Certification & Compliance for our facility in Chihuahua, Mexico

  • Phase 3: Distribution across Texas through our partners

This roadmap takes us from validation → production → store shelves.

🇲🇽 What’s Coming in December

In December, we plan to begin the incorporation of Nosabo Ramen Mexico, a major milestone for the company. This step will make us fully import-compliant into the U.S., allowing us to onboard directly with our distributor partners.

These distributors will open the door to all of Texas, making Nosabo Ramen accessible and available where our community already shops. For us, accessibility is everything — our customers should be able to grab a cup of Nosabo Ramen at the same stores they already trust.
